Chemical Anchor Studs M10 x 130mm Zinc Plated with Nuts & Washers – Box of 10

M10 x 130mm chemical anchor studs, zinc plated, box of 10 complete with hex full nuts, Form A washers and a nut setter. Set in chemical resin they give a stress-free, high-load fixing in concrete, solid and hollow masonry – with no expansion forces, so they can be used close to edges.

The chisel point cuts through the resin as the stud is inserted for a thorough mix and full bond along the thread.

FAQs

What size hole do I drill for M10 studs?

Drill a 12mm hole to a depth of 90mm, then clean it thoroughly with a blow-out pump and brush before injecting resin.

Which resin should I use?

Polyester resin suits general-purpose fixing into masonry; vinylester resin gives higher performance in concrete and damp holes. Check the cartridge for curing times.

Zinc or galvanised?

Zinc-plated studs are for dry, internal environments. Hot dip galvanised studs have a corrosion rating of 4 and are the choice for external work.

Can I use them in hollow block?

Yes – use a resin sleeve in the hole so the resin is contained and keys around the cavities.
