Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is you the customers responsibility to return your items to our store unless the items are damaged on arrival of your delivery.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food, flowers fuel or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for all of the following doors, frames, architrave's, floors, building materials, screws, bolts, nails and any other fixings, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Delivery Attempts for Building Materials
For deliveries involving building materials such as blocks, timber, and similar items, please ensure the delivery site is accessible. If we are unable to complete the delivery due to road blockages, overhead cables, debris, or any other obstruction, and we must return the goods to our yard, the original delivery fee will not be refunded.
Should you wish to schedule another delivery attempt, a new delivery fee will apply.
If delivery is not possible due to any of the reasons listed above and you choose to cancel your order, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
