Polyester Chemical Resin 410ml Cartridge

410ml polyester chemical anchoring resin – a general-purpose polyester resin for anchoring studs, rebar and fixings into solid and hollow masonry. The two-part resin mixes in the nozzle as you dispense, so there is no measuring and no waste: inject into a clean hole, insert the stud or rebar and leave to cure.

Because resin anchors place no expansion stress on the substrate, they can be used close to edges and in softer or hollow materials (with a resin sleeve) where mechanical anchors would fail.

Do I need a special gun?

The 410ml cartridge needs a professional resin applicator gun.

How do I prepare the hole?

Drill to the correct size and depth, then blow out, brush and blow out again. A clean hole is essential for full resin bond and load.

Can I use it in hollow block?

Yes – fit a resin sleeve into the hole first so the resin is held in place and keys around the cavities.

How long does it take to cure?

Curing time depends on temperature and is printed on the cartridge – it is longer in cold weather. Do not load the fixing until fully cured.
