A chrome-plated connector core set (nut, split ring and insert) for connecting 16mm multilayer pipe straight into a 15mm compression port, such as on a valve, manifold or compression fitting. Part of the Rifeng multilayer crimp range, but this joint is made with a spanner, so no crimp tool is needed.
Hot and cold water and central heating, where multilayer pipe needs to go straight into a compression port. Calibrate and deburr the pipe, fit the nut and split ring, push the pipe onto the insert and tighten the nut. Not for gas.
