FAQs

How many plasterboards do I need?
Each 2438 x 1200mm (8ft x 4ft) sheet covers about 2.93 m². Divide your wall or ceiling area in m² by 2.93 and round up, allowing roughly 10% extra for cuts around doors, windows and openings.

Is the price per sheet?
Yes, the price is for one 12.5mm 2438 x 1200mm sheet (slab), including VAT.

Can I use standard plasterboard in a bathroom?
For bathrooms, kitchens and other areas exposed to moisture and humidity, use our moisture resistant plasterboard instead.

Skim or tape and joint?
Both. The tapered edge is designed for taping and jointing, and the board can also take a plaster skim finish.
