1½" (40mm) Chrome Anti-Siphon Bottle Trap - 75mm Seal

A 40mm (1½") chrome plated bottle trap with a telescopic inlet and a 75mm (3") deep water seal. The bottom unscrews for easy cleaning. An anti-siphon valve lets air in when negative pressure builds in the waste pipe, so the water seal is not sucked out and the trap does not gurgle, without letting foul gases escape.

Made by Excel Industries as part of their Waterline range of waste traps.

Basins and vanity units, especially where the trap is on show.
